TIFFANY BAYNARD

Owner & Director of Construction and Design

Tiffany is a construction and design veteran with over 15 years of experience managing construction projects across the country. Her passion for building was initially stoked by her father, a builder, as he taught her how to build houses growing up in Maine. She continued to refine her expertise by designing and building her own investment properties in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina. She now enjoys customizing each unique property with refined functionality and aesthetics.

Tiffany believes that no two houses are the same. Each home has unique character, charm, and functionality that can be maximized through creative and thoughtful application of construction and design techniques.

DARYL MEANS

Project MANAGER

For over 28 years, Daryl has built and remodeled high-end residential homes, multifamily properties, and commercial projects throughout North America. Drawing on her significant experience working across diverse geographies and styles, Daryl emphasizes design and architectural enhancements throughout each of her projects. With intense attention to detail and an innate ability to understand clients’ needs, Daryl approaches each new project with the client’s end goals in mind to drive a successful partnership.

Her vast experience in all areas of construction have also made her a client’s favorite for offering customized ideas and solutions through continuous education of the building processes. Additionally, Daryl is 5-time winner of both the Builder Showcase “Top” Award Projects over $500,000 and Best Overall of Show. In addition, she is also a 3-time winner of Real Estate Showcase Award – Best in Residential Construction.

JOSHUA VELEZ

Site Manager

Joshua has five years of experience as a contractor and handyman in Charlotte, having owned a residential remodeling company prior to joining Hestia Designs. Having personally completed over 35 full residential remodeling projects, Joshua brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the Hestia team. With expertise ranging from masonry to framing, roofing, finish carpentry, tilework, painting, wallpaper, and epoxy finishes, Joshua is an excellent and knowledgeable partner for Hestia’s various subcontractors.

Since he first started working in construction in Connecticut, Joshua realized he had a true passion for creating and transforming both new and existing spaces into a beautiful final product. Joshua’s hands-on experience and focus on quality and detail makes him a tremendous resource to Hestia and our partners.

AMANDA ALLEN

office manager

Amanda has over 20 years of experience managing business operations across industries, with particular expertise in the real estate, insurance, and finance industries. With a diverse background and skill set, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and oversees Hestia’s day-to-day operations, including human resources, insurance, vendor and subcontractor management, and everything in between. Amanda excels at building both internal and external relationships and ensuring that all facets of Hestia’s operations continue to run smoothly.
